I’ve lived both sides of this work.
Early in my career at Nordstrom, I learned that success runs on clarity.
Later, running my own business, Local Donut, I lived that lesson in real time. I’ve expanded, downsized, and rebuilt. I know what holds up under pressure and what it takes to build something that lasts.
Not every business needs rescuing. Sometimes the challenge is organizing the moving parts, bringing a new idea to life, or turning experience into something your team can actually use. Whether you’re launching a website or documenting SOPs, I turn unstructured ideas into practical assets.
